📋 Bloomin Return Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, contact us at info@shopbloomin.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Issues, and Size Adjustments

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll work to resolve the issue promptly.

If you need to exchange your item due to ordering the wrong size, you can return it within 60 days of receiving it, provided the item is in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging). Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the correct size.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods. Please note, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive the correct size or item is to return the original product. Once your return is accepted, simply place a separate order for the new size or product.


European Union 60-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 60 days for any reason, without justification. As above, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at info@shopbloomin.com.
